Hiring process
Five steps, no surprises
A clear, respectful process that usually takes two to four weeks from application to offer. You'll always know what comes next.
Step 1: Apply
Send your CV through a vacancy page or as an open application. Our Talent team reviews every application and aims to reply within 10 working days.
Step 2: Intro call with Talent
A 20–30 minute video call with a recruiter about your experience, goals and expectations, and your chance to ask anything about the role and how we work.
Step 3: Skills interview or task
A 60–90 minute conversation with future teammates about real problems from the role. For some roles, we'll ask for a short practical task instead, kept under three hours.
Step 4: Final interview
A 45–60 minute conversation with the hiring manager and a senior leader about how you work, collaborate and make decisions.
Step 5: Offer
If it's a match, we aim to make an offer within three working days of your final interview and help you prepare for a smooth start. Everyone we interview receives personal feedback, whatever the outcome.

Questions candidates often ask
Can I work fully remotely?
Many of our roles are fully remote, and every vacancy states its work format and location requirements. Some roles need overlap with specific time zones so you can collaborate with your team in real time.
How long does the hiring process take?
Usually two to four weeks from application to offer. Some roles move faster, and busy calendars can occasionally add a few days, but your recruiter will keep you updated at every stage.
What language do you work in?
Our working language is English, so you'll need to communicate confidently in it, both written and spoken. Some roles, especially in customer support and marketing, also require other languages, and the vacancy will say so.
Will I get feedback if I'm not selected?
Yes. If you've interviewed with us, you'll receive personal feedback from your recruiter. If we don't move forward after reviewing your CV, we'll still let you know.
Can I apply if there's no open role that fits me?
Absolutely. Send an open application using the form on this page. With your consent, we'll keep it on file for up to 12 months and contact you when a suitable role opens.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, but please focus on the roles that genuinely match your experience. If you apply for several, your recruiter will help you find the best fit.
Do you offer relocation or visa sponsorship?
It depends on the role. Most of our positions are remote, so relocation is usually not required. If a role includes relocation or visa support, the vacancy will say so, or your recruiter can confirm it early in the process.
Do I need experience in the betting industry?
Not always. For many roles, strong skills from fintech, e-commerce, gaming or media transfer well. Where industry knowledge is essential, such as in trading, the vacancy makes that clear.
