About the role
You'll lead discovery and delivery for core sportsbook journeys, from pre-match and live markets to the bet slip and settlement, working with engineering, design, trading and data teams. You'll balance customer experience, commercial goals and responsible gaming requirements, decide what to build next based on evidence, and make sure every release is measured and learned from. It's a role for someone who loves sport, enjoys complex systems and brings clarity to real-time products.
What you will do
- Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for your area of the sportsbook
- Run discovery through customer research, data analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Write clear requirements and work day to day with engineers and designers to deliver them
- Define success metrics, run experiments and report on outcomes
- Partner with trading, risk, compliance and customer support to launch features smoothly
- Build responsible gaming considerations into product decisions from the start
What you will need
- 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in sports betting or iGaming
- Strong understanding of sportsbook products, including pre-match and live markets, bet types such as singles, accumulators and system bets, and settlement
- A track record of shipping customer-facing features with agile, cross-functional teams
- A data-driven mindset, with confidence using analytics tools and basic SQL
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with in-play products or real-time data feeds
- Knowledge of markets where cricket, football or esports are especially popular
- Background in UX research or service design
- Experience delivering products under regulatory and compliance requirements
