Grow and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners, building long-term relationships that bring quality traffic to Pro1bet in a responsible, compliant way.
About the role
Affiliates are among our most important partners. You'll own a portfolio of partners, from content sites and streamers to media buyers, and help them succeed with Pro1bet. You'll negotiate deals, plan campaigns, track performance and make sure every promotion meets our compliance and responsible marketing standards.
What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners in your target markets
- Find, negotiate and onboard new partners on revenue share, CPA and hybrid deals
- Plan campaigns and promotions with partners and supply them with creatives and offers
- Track traffic, conversion and customer value, and optimize deals based on the data
- Make sure partner content follows advertising rules and responsible gaming standards
- Represent Pro1bet at industry events when relevant
What you will need
- 2+ years of affiliate management experience in iGaming or sports betting
- Strong understanding of affiliate deal structures, including revenue share, CPA and hybrid models
- Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- An analytical mindset, with confident use of spreadsheets and reporting
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- An existing network of affiliate partners
- Experience working with SEO, content or streaming partners
- Knowledge of markets where cricket or esports are especially popular
- Fluency in additional languages
