This privacy notice explains how Pro1bet Global ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit pro1bet.global (the "Site"), contact us or apply for a job with us. It does not cover the Pro1bet betting services at pro1bet.com, which are governed by the terms and privacy information published there.

Who we are

The Site is the corporate and careers website of the Pro1bet brand. The controller of your personal data is the company that operates the Site and manages recruitment for Pro1bet. Information we collect

When you apply for a role or send an open application, we collect:

Identity and contact details, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, country and city.
Professional information, such as your CV, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, work history, skills and education, and anything else you choose to share.
Recruitment information, such as interview notes, assessment results and our correspondence with you.
Information about your expectations and availability, such as salary expectations, notice period and possible start date.

When you browse the Site, we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit, through server logs and cookies that are necessary for the Site to work.

When you email us, we process your email address and the information in your message.

Please don't include sensitive information, such as health data, religious beliefs or political opinions, in your CV or cover letter unless it is relevant to your application and you are comfortable sharing it.

How we use your information

To assess your skills, experience and suitability for the role you applied for or, for open applications, for other suitable roles.
To communicate with you about your application and arrange interviews.
To keep your details for future opportunities, if you agree.
To operate, secure and improve the Site and to respond to your inquiries.
To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

How long we keep your data

If your application is unsuccessful, we keep your data for 12 months after the end of the recruitment process, so that we can respond to any questions or claims and, with your consent, contact you about future roles. After that, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

If you join us, your application data becomes part of your employment record and is handled in line with the privacy information we provide to employees. Server logs are kept for a limited period, typically no longer than 90 days, unless we need them to investigate a security incident.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only when necessary, and we never sell it. Recipients may include:

Hiring managers and interviewers involved in your application.
Other companies associated with the Pro1bet brand, where needed for the role you applied for.
Service providers that act on our behalf, such as hosting, email and recruitment software providers, who are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
